They should not false advertise a referral program if they are not actually providing the referral credits. When I call back they do not see anything in the notes and tell me no support ticket was created and then I have through the whole thing again. Neither line has received a credit and I have not received 1 single support ticket email. I have yet to receive the referral credit and I have called multiple times and was told each time that a support ticket would be opened, the account notated with the concern, and that I would get an email with the support case number, as they would not provide it over the phone, and that the credits would be applied to our accounts. I was supposed to get $90 since I have an unlimited plan and my referral should have gotten $15. That way your friend will get their $15 in credit, too). I was offered ac rma that net came and then I read offered it again but then they backpedaled and refused. The cuisine experience is bad as I've seen other people complain of the same issues with phones from the same manufacturer. The service is on but trying to return a defective device had been impassible and costly.
